This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how and why we use it, how we protect it, when it may be shared, and the rights available to individuals in relation to their personal information.
This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the SBS Tanks website at www.sbstanks.com, through forms and enquiries submitted to SBS, through our digital and marketing platforms, and through other interactions with SBS where this Privacy Policy is referenced.

SBS operates an internal application called SBS Marketing Data Automation to support marketing measurement, analytics, reporting and management dashboards.
The application may access Google data only where an authorised SBS user has granted the required permissions. This may include authorised marketing-performance and analytics information from Google services used by SBS, including Google Search Console and Google Analytics where configured and authorised.
Depending on the services authorised, SBS Marketing Data Automation may access information such as website search-performance metrics, search queries, landing-page performance, impressions, clicks, click-through rates, search positions, website analytics and related marketing-performance information associated with SBS-owned or SBS-authorised digital properties.
The application does not request access to unrelated Google Account information that is not required for its stated reporting and analytics purposes.
Information obtained through Google APIs is used for SBS internal purposes including:
Google data accessed through SBS Marketing Data Automation may be stored in SBS-controlled or SBS-authorised systems used for reporting and analytics, including Google Cloud, Google Sheets and associated reporting infrastructure.
Access is restricted to authorised SBS personnel and authorised service providers who require access for legitimate operational, technical, security or support purposes. SBS applies reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect the information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, loss or misuse.
SBS does not sell Google user data.
SBS does not use Google user data obtained through Google APIs for personalised or interest-based advertising.
Google user data is not shared with unrelated third parties except where this is necessary to operate or maintain the authorised application or reporting service, for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or otherwise where permitted by Google’s applicable policies and the user has provided any consent required by law.
SBS Marketing Data Automation’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
An authorised Google user may revoke the application’s access to their Google Account through their Google Account security and permissions settings. Where access is revoked, SBS Marketing Data Automation will no longer be able to obtain new information through that authorisation.
SBS will update this Privacy Policy if the nature or purpose of the Google data accessed by SBS Marketing Data Automation materially changes.
